Renaldo’s Gelato cakes are hand-made from scratch by our in-house cake chefs. We will very shortly be offering a set range of cakes, carefully designed and constructed by our chefs with flavour combinations we propose you try.
Our Gelato cakes are for collection only, and we require a minimum notice period of 7 days.

CAKE INFO & STORAGE
We currently are unable to offer a personalised message/name on cakes service.
All our ice cream cakes are handmade and decorated in ice cream and must be stored below minus 18.
Our cakes come with a minimum of 4 months shelf-life if properly stored in a freezer.
Remove the cake from the freezer 20-25 minutes before serving – this will allow the ice cream to soften, making it easier to cut or scoop.
Once served, immediately return any remaining portions of cake to the freezer for later use in an airtight container.
Please remove all ribbons and any non-edible decorations before serving. DO NOT freeze/store any ice cream that has been left to melt.
